Aqara finally shipped proper RTSP: flick it on in the app and this 2.6K IP65 camera streams straight into go2rtc/Frigate with no subscription, while doubling as a Zigbee hub and Thread border router. HomeKit Controller pairing works too but caps the stream at potato quality — use the RTSP path.
