A good-looking RGBIC and warm-white bedside lamp with Matter support, usually discounted well below its £69.99 list price (Govee UK has shown £48.99). It is the cheapest way to get a Matter table lamp. Home Assistant lists the H6022 on the Govee lights local integration, so LAN control works once you turn it on in the Govee app, and Matter is the alternative route. Do not expect it to double as a desk task light.
What can Home Assistant control on the Govee Table Lamp 2?
Enable LAN Control in the Govee Home app before adding the Govee lights local integration. As a Matter device it can alternatively be commissioned into Home Assistant via the Matter integration.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the Govee Table Lamp 2 work with Home Assistant locally?
- Yes. The Govee Table Lamp 2 is controlled locally in Home Assistant through a built-in Home Assistant core integration (govee_light_local), so it keeps working if your internet connection or the Govee cloud goes down. Control and state updates stay on your own network.
- Which protocol does the Govee Table Lamp 2 use, and do I need a hub?
- The Govee Table Lamp 2 uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and Matter. To pair it with Home Assistant you need no hub — it joins your Wi-Fi network directly; or a Bluetooth adapter on your Home Assistant host or an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy; or a Thread border router if it is Matter-over-Thread, or just your Wi-Fi network if it is Matter-over-Wi-Fi. Govee's own hub is not required when you integrate through a built-in Home Assistant core integration (govee_light_local).
- How much does the Govee Table Lamp 2 cost in the UK?
- The lowest price we have listed for the Govee Table Lamp 2 is £48.99 at Govee UK, with other UK retailers at up to £69.99. Prices were last checked in October 2026 and change often, so confirm on the retailer's page before buying.
