Battery life is strong: eufy rates the removable pack for up to six months per charge, and colour night vision reaches roughly 5m — fine for the porch, not the driveway. The catch is Home Assistant: it relies on the community eufy_security HACS integration, still needs a eufy cloud account, and can break on firmware updates. Reolink's Video Doorbell WiFi holds official Platinum Works with Home Assistant certification with a simpler, fully local path — pick eufy for the dual-camera trick, Reolink if HA reliability matters more.

The dual lenses don't appear in HA as two separate camera entities — a single camera entity carries both feeds, and a watch-view-mode select controls how face view and parcel view are composited into that one stream (split-view or picture-in-picture). Delivery Guard's package logic surfaces as separate binary sensors for delivered, taken, and stranded states rather than one generic package-detected sensor, so an automation can flip the view mode to split-view the moment a package is delivered and grab a snapshot showing both the visitor's face and the parcel in one frame. E340 owners separately report HA's motion/person/ringing binary sensors stalling entirely while the Eufy app and event thumbnails keep working, and the P2P livestream can get stuck in a preparing state with no source — both are open, model-specific bugs distinct from the integration's general bridge fragility.
