The open GitHub issue on this exact stream bug shows the WebRTC handshake completing — the card reports a connected stream — but no frame ever paints, while a separate community add-on can pull the identical feed cleanly, which points at this integration's own stream negotiation for the dual-sensor camera rather than a generic connectivity failure. Because the S330 is bridged through a HomeBase 3 station device instead of talking to the integration directly like the E340's standalone Wi-Fi doorbell, there's an extra hop in the video path that other eufy_security cameras don't have. Crucially, locking and every non-video control kept working through that bridge throughout the bug thread, confirming the fault is isolated to the video pipeline rather than the HomeBase link itself — which is why sensor-only automations stay reliable even when the stream doesn't.
