Our verdict
Cheap at £22, but know what it is: Amazon UK sells the SWV-BSP as a Zigbee hose-fit irrigation timer, not a mains shutoff valve. It screws onto a garden tap (the BSP variant is the right one for UK fittings) and meters water as it goes. It is excellent for garden watering and flow reporting, and Zigbee2MQTT support is solid, but don't plumb it into your incoming supply and call it leak protection. It needs a Zigbee coordinator, and the cheap price comes with plastic build and battery power.

Zigbee2MQTT exposes the SWV as a valve switch (ON/OFF/TOGGLE, with an optional on_time for timed shutoff), flow in m3/h, battery, water shortage/leak status, auto-close on water shortage (firmware 1.0.4 or later), cyclic timed and quantitative irrigation programs, session duration and volume, and daily irrigation volume. It supports OTA updates. I did not test it in ZHA.
