A genuinely different UK door type from the rest of this category: it replaces the mortise sashlock body itself rather than clipping over a euro-cylinder thumbturn — the right pick for a traditional mortise lock, not a cylinder. Installation is a locksmith job, not a DIY swap; check igloohome's compatibility chart against your mortise dimensions before buying. Runs on 8 AA batteries rated around 18 months, with a 9V backup terminal. Same offline PIN codes and official cloud 'igloohome' HA integration as the cheaper Retrofit Lock, but remote/HA control needs an iglooaccess subscription (around $2/lock/month after a 30-day trial) plus the Wi-Fi Bridge, on top of the £439.99 hardware price.

In Home Assistant

ControlTypeWhat it does
LockLockLock/unlock/open issued as commands to the linked Wi-Fi Bridge; only created if a bridge is already linked to this device, and runs on an assumed state since the API can't confirm actual position.
BatterySensor (%)Cloud-polled roughly once an hour; drops to unavailable rather than showing a stale reading if the polling call fails.
PIN code managementUnsupportedCustom-PIN create/delete is already authorised by the OAuth scope HA requests, but nothing in the integration calls it, so the lock's signature offline-PIN feature has to be managed from the igloohome app.
Activity logUnsupportedLock-event history (who unlocked, when) has no HA-side entity or sensor.
API credentialsConfigRequires generating client ID/secret on a dedicated developer-access page before the config flow will accept them; a rotated secret currently forces a full remove-and-re-add.

HA's official integration only wires up the basic lock/unlock commands — PIN code creation, deletion, and activity-log access are all defined in the underlying API library and already covered by the OAuth scope HA requests, but no HA entity or service calls them, so PIN management and history stay completely invisible to Home Assistant and have to be managed from the igloohome app. The lock entity is only created if the device already has a Wi-Fi Bridge linked in the igloohome account; with no bridge registered you get nothing but the battery sensor. Because the API has no state-query endpoint, the lock runs on an assumed state — HA reports whatever it last commanded, not the door's real position — and battery only refreshes hourly via cloud polling. The API client ID/secret come from a separate developer-access page inside the igloohome web account, not the mobile app, and since a proper reauthentication flow isn't implemented yet, a rotated secret means deleting and re-adding the integration rather than a reauth prompt.
