tedee's premium lock: a slimmer, quieter coreless motor and a built-in rechargeable battery instead of GO's 3x CR123A cells, plus native Apple Home support. It clips over a euro-profile cylinder with an emergency function (both keys turn simultaneously) — check yours has this before buying, since PRO's custom cam needs a tedee-ready cylinder or a locksmith-cut adapter, unlike GO's simpler drop-on fit. Amazon UK doesn't stock the lock body itself, only accessories, so buy from a UK security retailer; the official tedee integration gives genuine local-API control in Home Assistant once you add the separate Bridge.

Runs through the exact same tedee integration and Bridge-based local API as GO — entity set, polling behaviour, and the transitional unlocking state are unchanged, and the coreless motor's faster action doesn't alter what HA reports during a lock/unlock cycle. The one real difference: PRO's built-in rechargeable cell adds a dedicated charging binary sensor alongside the standard battery percentage, which GO's non-rechargeable batteries never populate. No PRO-specific firmware quirks are documented; the only other integration path is a Bridge-less HomeKit/Bluetooth pairing, which drops local polling and most of this sensor set.
