The default pick for older UK back boxes with no neutral wire — despite the box saying it needs the Aqara Hub, it's a plain Zigbee 3.0 device that pairs directly into Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA. ZHA support is a little thinner than Zigbee2MQTT's (no decoupled/scene mode via ZHA clusters), so if you want to use it purely as a Zigbee remote as well as a switch, Zigbee2MQTT is the better path.
