Dreame's answer to Roborock's leg-lift tricks: a ProLeap system that physically raises the chassis to climb obstacles up to 6cm — door thresholds, thick rugs, low furniture skirts — that flatten most other robots. The community dreame_vacuum HACS integration gives more local control than eufy or Ecovacs manage, though it's still a third-party integration rather than something Home Assistant ships in core.

The community dreame_vacuum HACS integration (not part of HA core) exposes a vacuum entity with start/pause/stop/dock, fan-speed control, and sensors for battery/cleaning stats, connecting locally where the Dreame cloud account and local key exchange allow it — more reliable local control than most rivals in this category, but still a third-party integration to install and maintain yourself rather than something HA ships out of the box.
