Ecovacs' flagship, priced like one: £699-1199 versus the N20 Plus (£219) and Roborock Q5 Pro (£299) — a 2-4x premium buying AIVI 3D vision-based obstacle avoidance (RGBD camera plus a vision-language model reading obstacle contours) instead of the N20's infrared-only sensing or the Q5 Pro's bump-and-cliff approach, genuinely better at dodging pet mess and cables. The bagless OmniCyclone station self-empties for 60 days and adds a 75°C hot-water mop wash, but the onboard bin (0.22L) and water tank (110ml) are smaller than the N20 Plus's 400ml/220ml — capacity lives in the dock, not the robot. Same cloud-only ecovacs integration as the cheaper models; no local control at any price point.

The station-state sensor gains a genuinely new value on this model covering the self-washing mop's wash-then-dry cycle, but there's still no button entity to cancel it, only the pre-existing empty-dustbin station action. More consequential: room/segment cleaning is currently broken outright on this X-series line, not just missing a dedicated service — a map-data request returns an unsupported error because the newer X-series speaks a different map-API dialect the integration hasn't caught up to, so no room names or segment IDs get exposed on the vacuum entity at all, even for raw command targeting. AIVI 3D obstacle avoidance itself doesn't get a flagship-tier sensor — it surfaces only via the same detection-toggle switch used across older Deebot lines. The mop-drying state is still automatable though: since HA reports it explicitly, a scheduled clean can be held until the sensor leaves that state, avoiding a start command the station would otherwise just queue mid-cycle.
