Roborock Qrevo Series (QV 35S)
- Wi-Fi
Verified September 2026
The mid-range sweet spot, sitting between the Q5 Pro and the MaxV Ultra: 10000Pa suction, dual anti-tangle brushes and an auto-wash/dry dock, without the flagship price. At 35 x 35 x 10cm it clears most UK sofa and kickboard gaps, and obstacle avoidance uses Roborock's structured-light Reactive Tech rather than a camera, so it keeps working with the lights off. The 5200mAh battery covers a typical UK flat or small terrace on one charge. UK naming is a maze — this succeeds the Q Revo S — check the model code (QV 35S) matches what you're buying. Same cloud-polling roborock integration, no local Matter fallback on this tier.
In Home Assistant
| Control | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Mop drying | Binary sensor | On while the dock's warm-air dry cycle is actively running on the mop pads. |
| Mop drying remaining | Sensor | Minutes left until the current dry cycle finishes and the mop is ready for the next clean — useful for gating a scheduled-clean-delay automation. |
| Clean water tank | Binary sensor | Flags when the dock's clean water tank is empty or not seated, which silently blocks the auto-wash portion of the cycle. |
| Dirty water tank | Binary sensor | Flags when the dirty water tank is full or missing, which stops mop washing until emptied. |
| Dock error | Sensor | Text status covering wash/dry-specific faults in addition to generic dock errors. |
The auto-wash/dry dock adds entities a plain auto-empty dock doesn't have: binary sensors for mop-drying-in-progress and clean-water/dirty-water tank state, plus a mop-drying-remaining-time sensor and a dock-error sensor covering wash/dry faults specifically. These are cloud-polled on the same interval as the rest of the roborock integration, so mop-drying status can lag the physical dock by a minute or two. A real quirk: if a scheduled clean is due while the dock is still mid dry-cycle from the prior run, Roborock's own dock logic — not Home Assistant — pushes the job start back until drying finishes, and none of the exposed entities flag this as an error, so a schedule-only automation can appear to silently skip a run.
