Are robot vacuums already discounted before Black Friday 2026?
Yes, at least at Roborock. On 28 October 2026 its UK robot vacuum page showed sale prices against "Regular price" figures on nine of the twelve models we could read, with reductions from £120 to £550. Three more models, including the Qrevo S5V at £599.99, showed a sale price with no was-price at all.
The page gave no end dates and no Black Friday banner that we could see. That means we cannot tell how long these prices have run or whether they will fall further. A was-price is Roborock's own list price, so treat the percentage as a claim and the pound price as the fact.
How we chose which robot vacuum deals to watch
We only list models whose current price we could read on the maker's own UK shop today, so every figure has a date and a source. We skipped marketplace listings we could not verify, and one model, the QV 35S at £299.99, was out of stock and left out.
We then ranked the picks on three tests: whether the saving is shown against a price on the same page, whether the model has a sensible price for what it does, and whether it works with Home Assistant. Our best robot vacuum for Home Assistant guide covers the long-term picks; this page only covers today's prices.
Which robot vacuum deals are worth buying or waiting for?
These four are the clearest candidates on 28 October 2026. Home Assistant notes come from the official integration docs, not our own testing.
1. Roborock Q7 M5: cheapest way in
Who it's for: a small flat or a first robot vacuum. Roborock lists it at £119.99, down from £239.99, which is half price on the page. The listing mentions 10,000 Pa suction and dual anti-tangle brushes.
The catch is smart-home support. The Home Assistant docs say Roborock's S, QV, Qrevo and Saros series are fully supported but that Q-series support varies and newer variants may fail to connect. If you want it in your automations, check before you buy. Our Dreame vs Roborock comparison shows the alternatives.
2. Roborock Q7 L5+: cheap with an auto-empty dock
Who it's for: anyone who wants a dock that empties the dustbin at about £160. It is £159.99, down from £349.99, and Roborock lists a dust auto-empty dock on the page.
It shares the Q-series Home Assistant caveat above. It is the better value of the two Q7 models if the dock matters to you, because the M5 listing highlights suction and navigation but not a dock. For a longer shortlist beyond this one brand, see our best robot vacuum for Home Assistant guide.

3. Roborock Qrevo S Pro: mid-range all-rounder
Who it's for: a family home that wants mopping and a self-cleaning base. It is £359.99, down from £549.99, and the listing mentions 18,500 Pa suction, 75 degree mop self-cleaning and warm air drying.
The Qrevo series is among those the Home Assistant docs list as fully supported. The docs also say the integration uses local communication for commands and polling but relies on the cloud for setup, and that maps always come through the cloud. See our Roborock Saros Z70 review for how the premium end compares.
4. Roborock Saros 10: biggest saving in pounds
Who it's for: buyers who want a premium model and will not pay launch money. It is £649.99, down from £1,199.99, a £550 cut, and the listing mentions an ultra-thin 7.98 cm body and 22,000 Pa suction.
The Saros series is on the Home Assistant docs' fully supported list. At that price it is still the most expensive pick here, so make sure you need the features. A cheaper step up is the Qrevo Edge 2 at £499.99, down from £849.99. Our Roborock IFA 2026 lineup article shows what is coming next, which is a reason some buyers wait.
Which other brands should you watch?
We could not read prices for Dreame, Ecovacs or Narwal, so we do not rank them. Eufy's UK page on 28 October 2026 showed a Halloween promotion and no prices, and said that from 26 October its shop moves to anker.com/uk. Ecovacs showed the DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone and X11 OmniCyclone with no prices.
Eufy's own Black Friday guide says its 2025 sale ran from 6 November to 1 December in two stages. That is the brand's marketing claim and not independent evidence, but it suggests discounts can start two to three weeks before Friday. If you use Home Assistant, note that the official EufyHome integration page lists only lights and switches as supported device types, and mentions no RoboVac vacuums.
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday to buy a robot vacuum?
Only if the Black Friday price beats today's. Which? tracked 175 home, tech and health products at eight UK retailers from May 2024 to May 2025 and found 83% were the same price or cheaper at least once outside the 2024 sale period. None of the deals it analysed were at their cheapest of the year on Black Friday itself.
That study covers appliances generally, not robot vacuums. The practical test: Roborock's prices today are already far below its list prices, so a November offer needs to be lower than £119.99 or £649.99, not just lower than the crossed-out number.
What should you check before buying a robot vacuum on sale?
Check four things. First, whether the model works with Home Assistant, because Roborock Q-series support varies and the newer Roomba x05 models are listed as not supported. Second, whether it is in stock, since the QV 35S was out of stock on the day we checked. Third, the dock and consumables cost, since a cheap robot with expensive bags or filters erodes the saving. Fourth, the returns window, and GOV.UK sets out the minimum refund obligations for sellers.
Who should skip the robot vacuum Black Friday sales?
Skip them if you have a small, mostly hard-floored home where a cordless stick vacuum does the job, or if you do not want a cloud-connected device mapping your floor plan. Skip them too if you are buying only because a was-price looks big. For wider advice across the smart home, see our Black Friday smart home deals guide.
